Please print and fill out the health history form or you can request one be sent to you via mail by leaving your mailing address on our voicemail (503-320-9365) or emailing it to us. Please bring the completed form to your first appointment.

An initial visit tends to last around an hour and a half. Follow-up appointments are around fifty minutes. In your first session we will discuss your medical history, your current health concerns, and your health goals in addition to your treatment. Follow-up sessions consist primarily of treatment. Occasionally you may wish to schedule a longer appointment if your goals or conditions have changed.

For best results, make sure you have eaten prior to your appointment. You may also wish to wear something loose fitting and comfortable, as often you may be treated in your clothing. Feel free to call or email us with any other questions or concerns you may have prior to your visit!

If you need to change your appointment time, kindly give at least 24 hours notice.
